WHY SHE FEELS LIKE NOTHING

WHY SHE FEELS LIKE NOTHING

A Poem by barefoot143

IT  STARTED WITH A LITTLE TOUCH

 LONG BEFORE SHE TURNED FIVE

SHE  WAS JUST THE LITTLE GIRL

WHO WAS  AFRAID TO CRY

NOT KNOWING WHO WOULD TRUST HER

NOT KNOWING WHO TO TELL

SHE THOUGHT SHE LOST HER EVERYTHING

SHE  KNOWS SHE WENT TO HELL

NOTHING EVER MATTERED

NO ONE EVER CARED

ABOUT THIS LITTLE GIRL

 WHO WAS AFRAID TO DREAM

AND NO ONE EVER HEARD HER

ALL SHE  DID WAS SCREAM

THE NIGHTS GOT DIM AND DARKER

SHE THOUGHT SHE WOULDNT LIVE

 WITH ANOTHER NIGHT OF TORTURE

ANOTHER DAY BEGINS...

About
Today is the first day of the rest of my life. Driving with no destination, the top down, the music up, ironic twists, eye contact, honesty, laughing, being in love, the forbidden, fate, intellectuals.. more..
