Thunder version 2

Thunder version 2

A Poem by Bane of Fortune
"

ok spent a little more time and came up with this revision, by the way thanks for all who read first one

"

Thunder crash and lightning strike

Wind and snow and iron pike

Hammer blows and shield a-flux

Sinews taut and iron tusk

Let blood fly and bones a-crack

Field and forest washed in black

I stand alone with hammer high

Scream and taunt the flashing sky

The roar has ceased, the world is calm

My heart is thunder, my shield-my balm

Spirits rise from souls now dead

Wraiths and demons, screaming heads

Blood lays black upon the field

So I sit upon my shield

And wait.
