Hardest Hit

Hardest Hit

A Poem by Chirpy!

When they entered the white

where the walls cry sick,

and those curtains to close

stood rigid and stiff

the news came in

like a bullet through glass

and shattered all hopes

Killed all the laughs.

When they entered the white

where the walls cry sick,

and those curtains to close

stood rigid and stiff

the news came in

and they cried "unfair!"

messed up their life

how can they not care.

When they entered the white

where the walls cry sick,

and those curtains to close

stood rigid and stiff
