gone 'til replaced........A Poem by Chirpy!they cut down my fort. and my brother's. and my sister's. and the surrounding area. for a telephone pole. that doesn't even exist.Guilt? there was no guilt, unless you say they're plotting they stood so noble, yet so ragged this troop of weary green.
the uniform was mostly faded, but some still kept it clean still, it dripped of mud and grime while others, smelled of evergreen
I'll never know what they were gaurding, while they stood so gravly still. i only know i won't ever hear there whispers scrape against my window sill
