How to make a Sunny day, Rainy

Go about collecting grumpy to make a cloudy sky,

 

add just a dash of cruel, and teasing with some spite,

 

stir in some sarcastic, mix in a mean or two,

 

but please don't add some angry, if I don't share with you!
