It is a statistic fact: the third most commom death factor in teenagers today is suicide. Sadly, one suicide in Leatherskin High changed all who attended's lives.
Everything started on a regular February day. Kids went to school, parents off to work. Crash McDermont and his friends were standing around, talking about nothing. On his left stood his girlfriend, Dagger Jones. Her chesnut brown tickled Crash's face as she wrapped her arms arond him and rested her chin on his shoulder. Since she was standing behind him, all he could really see of her was her eyes-- the color of a sunflower's middle. To his right was Khaos Thompson. He was talking about his weekend, and as he did so, he flipped his blonde wavy hair out of his soft blue eyes.
"So yeah, dude. I had to text Mira and she flipped cuz--"
"You texted Mira?" Dagger interrupted, "Liar. She doesn't have a phone. You have to call her house phone."
Khaos sighed in annoyance "Right. But I heard about this website called meebu; it's all the instant messangers rolled into one. I can text her on that."
"No," said a voice behind them.
Khaos whipped around "What?"
Luna Maxwell stood at her locker. When she turned, the ghastly-white strands of her hair landed perfectly on her shoulders.
She ran her fingers through it and laughed, "It's meebo. With an "o", Khaos. I told you how to pronounce it when I taught you and Mira about it."
"Oh, well.. whatever..." came his soft remark as his eyes explored her body.
