American Law is a Lie Unless it Pertains to All Americans--EVERYWHERE

There should be a law imposed upon Americans that states our laws apply to people in general, not to people living within a geographical region. This means that what is illegal for Americans to do in America is also illegal for them to do when they find themselves in a country with different laws.

If drugs are illegal in America, then it is still illegal for rich Americans, who can afford it, to fly off to Amsterdam and do drugs. If drugs are illegal, rich people who can go to where drugs are legal should be punished the same as the poor person who is doing drugs, but who cannot afford to get out of Harlem or Camden.

If abortion becomes illegal, then rich people flying off to Europe and having abortions must be punished the same as the poor person who caught sneaking down to the back alley.

And of course, business practices that are illegal in America are to be punished if Americans take their business overseas to where they have lower ethical standards. Any company that claims to be American, or wishes to do business with America, has to follow the law regarding business standards, minimum wage, paying income tax, and so on. If they don't, then they are to be cut off from the largest and most lucrative market in the history of the world--the American Consumer.

If we do not change our enforcement of American Laws to cover Americans everywhere, rather then merely a geographical region called The United States of America, then it is clear that the purpose of the law is not to maintain order, neither is it to maintain justice, nor protect rights and liberties, but it is solely about containing and controlling the classes who do not have the luxury of moving beyond their geography, while rewarding those who have the means to commit crimes. Law simply becomes the fences and the walkways used to keep the poor, the working class, even the middle class, confined until the time of their slaughter.

The remedy is simple: since laws are not about order or justice, but merely about controlling the lower classes, then it is time for the lower classes to stop obeying the law. All laws must be disobeyed until all law is obeyed everywhere! Until the rich doing business in China are bound to the same law as the poor selling hotdogs on the corner, the law is merely a fiction.

The Law is written in pencil and not in stone, and must be erased unless it is read by all and enforced upon every American, regardless of where and who he is.
