A Poem by Your future

You don’t have to please me
But your eyes still tease me
But for you it’s just instinctive
We are all trying to please someone
It’s just how we were made
Society is like a pyramid
We are all reliant on eachother
But never holding eachother up
We’re just tearing at eachother
Eating away at every unique detail
we can demise from eachother
Our cookie cutter figures
And our cookie cutter minds
You are molded but
Not am I
So I let my mind ride to the sky

This is a good piece. It's quite true "we are all trying to please someone" but, not everyone does that consciously or directly, some people are directly locked to pleasing themselves.
And life as a whole, "like a pyramid" where, each and everyone is supposed to be Helping and checking on each other, sharing with sincerity in the pains of everyone around them, spread love and care as steps to those in need but, the opposite is what we perceive.
It's a nice one. I love this.
