Purgatory

Purgatory

A Poem by badgirl beth
"

mans unwilling participation into desolation

"

The stagnate air seeps profoundly into his lungs.

On streets layden with stench he lay.

His life of liberty shred with disgrace.

An illustrious man erst arragant.

Propitious eternal damnation thrown!

In this ghostly residence others stay.

Splayed across the satanic spiritless tundra.

Ripened with filth of rotting flesh.

His tears inundate his weathered face.

From recollection regarding a better time and place.

Once his hands embraced sweet luxuries!

His mouth savor loves soothing kiss!

His eyes blue erst euphoria grasp.

Vex into subjugation of endless purgatory.

Caustic Dejection fills him.

The degeneration of his soul overwhelms.

His volition crucified.

purgatory in reality, " his violation crucified" this gave me chills! indeed you have created
a soul filled work of rapture, referring to poetry that is ascending, many key aspects can
be examined in light of the meaning, and the wording you chose to describe, i believe you
not only capture the definition but you capture the actual emotion mirroring the intention
of the title, which is a gift to admire, your expression is poetry in absolute essence, this here,
i felt the overwhelming distress, of brokenss and shattered lives, wretched misery. beth,
i have to say i am loving the depth and passion you put forth, it is really brilliant, mike
