I hurt My Sister

Something thats been on my mind that I wish I could take back.

I hurt my sister what can I say,

I never in life wanted it to be this way,

I love her with all my heart,

But now came a time we have had to part,

She means everything to me ,

I wish I could make her see the pain inside of me,

I want the past behind us all,

Never looking back on the bad things that were told,

She in my mind each and every day,

That my love for her will never fade away,

Nett You are my life,

Can we please stop this awful fight,

I want you to be able to forgive me,

Cause in this life I want the relationship,

We had before all this came to be,

You are my sister for life cant you see,

When we get mad we say things we really don’t mean,

If anything bad were to happen to you,

I would feel all alone and feeling so blue,

I don’t know what I would do with out you,

Cause if you were to die tomorrow,

I would feel really sad,

Knowing I never got the chance to say goodbye,

To have the love that is berried deep inside,

Please note on this very day,

That I ask for forgiveness each and every day,

I need you by my side,

Cause you are my life, my side kick,

My blood and soul,

I want our relationship to grow better as we grow old,

Today, tomorrow , forever don’t you know?

I only have this chance in life ,

To have my family here with me tonight,

I have you in my heart forever,

So remember this note is my bondage,

Of all things in life can hold a key to my heart,

Cause you are my sister,

I don’t really want to fight,

I want the love back together,

Right here right now and forever.

This is for my sister we have had a ruff few months and I just want my sister back.

It is touching that you want to mend the fences cause family is the most important thing in our lives, yes sometimes we say things out of anger and the heat of the moment but they are just words, let the bond of sister hood heal the wounds in time and it will all work out.

This was a really great poem. I like how sincere it sounded, how the emotions were felt in every line. I have 4 sisters (technically three) and one brother and I never really get to see them at all. You're really blessed to even have had the chance to be around her and be apart of her life. Don't let whatever tore you apart keep you apart. Hopefully she'll know whatever happened can never stop the love you have in your heart.

Okay... here I go, and I'm just going to be blunt.

Please resolve this with your sister...NOW.

I had a fight with my sister many years ago. I was 24, she was 23.
She was killed in a car accident at 4 a.m. the following morning.
I didn't get to say I'm sorry or tell her how much I loved her.
Her death has haunted me emotionally for years, and even as I
write this now I am beginning to cry. August 13th will be 18 years
since her death, and I'm still grieving... and I still feel guilty and
because she died while we were on those terms, I am not going to
ever properly heal.
