As i watch the lighting go by

just something to think about....

As I watch the lighting go by,

Its so bright it lights up the sky,

I can see it come through my window pane,

I get so scared I dont know what to say,

 

I dont like it how about you?

I know alot of people that do,

There not scred to stand out side in it,

I stay far away cover widows so I cant see it,

 

Lighting can do horrable things,

Burn down house and break wires and things,

I am a person that will hide,

I do not like the lighting in the sky,

 

I am quick to run,

Dont leave me in a house alone,

Cause I will hide in a dark room,

A room with no windows,

Were I can not see,

 

Whats going on out side theses walls,

So the lighting cant scare me,

Now I dont watch the lighting go by,

Cause I will be the one running to hide.

I enjoyed this as you take a personal look into one of your fears... It's great when e can share those things as it helps your loved ones understand you better and feel closer... very well written... by the way I do love lighting but don't stand out in it but will sit be the window and watch it.

Wow what a wonderful write about fear, but in that a lightness, a sweetness in the cutesy fear. I can see where you're coming from, but I am the girl who will sit outside and watch it happily, whilst sipping some wine. Lol
