Life Is Haveing Peace On Earth

Life Is Haveing Peace On Earth

A Poem by Belinda Rice
"

it really is about the state and a friend of mine and many people out there in this world that suffer.

"

Life is haveing peace on earth,

Knowing you have loved ones that never make you hurt,

We all have are flaws each and everyday,

But only we make change and take the pain away,

Loving words to the ones we hold dear,

Cause we never know how long we will be here,

Life take's it course it spinds around like the world,

Cause we are the one's who subject the full crown,

The crown of glory and the crown of love,

The only crown God give's us to keep us up not down,

We have the chance to be the ones to care,

Alwasy be there for even the ones that arent really there,

They are people we might not even know,

But who said we cant change the way we are and not be cold,

I'm not cold hearted how about you,

I want to live by Gods words and be true,

People open up your eyes,

There's to many people everyday dieing,

Dieing from hunger,Die from pain, die from illness,

We can all help breake the chain,

I learned to live life to the fullest,

Help other's in need and not feel foolish,

Talk to them give a helping hand,

Let them know you and were you stand,

There's people out there crying wondering were they will go,

Cause the state wont help the one in need of good homes,

I know now I not the only one who suffer's,

I cant belive that there is so many other's,

Cant the state open there eyes,

Be there for the US. to help us stop crying,

Help us with home's, help us with hunger,

Help us with insurence so no one has to suffer,

I have a friend who is really sick,

The state wont help her get better and have her belly fixed,

She suffers everyday from the bleeding and awful pain,

They push her aside wont give her insurence,

To have surgery to live her life to the fullest,

She has kids like many of us do,

Them babys need her here in there life too,

I dont want to see nothing happen to her,

So please state dont be wrong and help her,

Dont keep making to many of us people suffer,

You care more about all the other country's,

Why not care for your that's hurting and going hungrey,

Dont be cold hearted a*****e's give us a life and let us grow old.

A few structural problems but your message needs to be heard and is clear. As a health insurance agent , I deal with this same issue and funtion as somewhat of a gate keeper for many companies. I am all to familure with the pains and stuggles of many uninsurable people. This poem shines light on the issues of many and is very heartfelt. The message was well recieved by this reader. Thank you for sharing .Your work continues to improve. May I suggest a word program to help with any furure spelling issues? I use this often to help with my own work. Good job.

Great write Belinda, sadly this seems to be the way of life these days, I totally agree with what your poem stands for....if only we could put everything right. Very thought provoking my friend and I hope you are recovering from your recent surgery.

Typo and grammatical errors apart, the sentiments of your composition reflect a global opinion. There are too many takers and not enough givers. Even though it is righteous to do the right thing for an outsider, we should also keep in our hearts, those more closer to home. I believe this passage sums this up precisely;

Acts 7:26 (The Message)

23-26 When he (Moses) was forty years old, he wondered how everything was going with his Hebrew kin and went out to look things over. He saw an Egyptian abusing one of them and stepped in, avenging his underdog brother by knocking the Egyptian flat. He thought his brothers would be glad that he was on their side, and even see him as an instrument of God to deliver them. But they didn't see it that way. The next day two of them were fighting and he tried to break it up, told them to shake hands and get along with each other: 'Friends, you are brothers, why are you beating up on each other?'

It is heartfelt...no doubting that...a few misspells but the message is that a mix of faith and love brings us through life's trials and disappointments. We still need each other...as mentioned in the ending. Love being a crown given for us to wear...never thought of it like that before. A truly interesting concept...

Good Work!

The message is sound in this. The presentation is a bit "all over the road" though. It actually feels like two different poems instead of one. Many misspellings as well. But, once again, the message is sound. I couldn't agree more.

A very hard hitting piece... it is so true how our own Government is more interested in the problems of the world and less about what happens right her, I could go on with many examples but what i will say is I just love how you went straight for the throat on issues that our people in power seem to think is fine or just turn the other cheek too for there own benefit. Wonderful piece!!
