Beast In A Thousand Chains

Beast In A Thousand Chains

A Poem by Jerisson
"

For the darkness that lies in all our souls.

"
Bound by a thousand chains,
being forced out through many pains.
A beast grows inside of me,
one that none will want to see.

Brought up by pain and agony,
rage is the only thing that it will see.
Revenge is the thing that it seeks,
and blood is the smell it will reek.

To kill is it's only desire,
burn everything in a raging fire.
Created by humans and all their lies,
their own creation leading to their demise.

Bound by a thousand chains,
being forced out through many pains.
Held back by one thing
it remains dormant.
Until the day
it can run rampant.
