Epokku

Epokku

A Poem by Jerisson
"

The first stanza was stuck in my head for about my month, so I decided to add a little bit to it.

"
Bada Bing,
Bada Boom,
end of story.
"Don't bore me with your tragic history."
Please mister please,
can't you see?

The little ones are crying
while the young adults are dying.
The criminals are climbing
the ladder mixing with batter
of life into a tainted form

where we are deformed
and brought to a point of defeat
and filled with greed, wrath,
and conceit.

Light the fire of desire,
cut the wire
and touch the sky

of the new age
to ease the rage
of a savage beast
and bring up peace.
