Scramble

"

When you overthink the meaning of words spoken

"
[#4] Scramble

This is supposed to be my third entry
Wanted to write about something else entirely
But I can't think of a single topic I fancy
Instead I think back to the series we're watching
There's nothing else I'd rather be doing

I'm having a lot of fun hanging out today
If only I knew what to f*****g say
Your sharp wit and quick remarks
Has me scrambling for a retort

Sometimes I can't tell if you're joking or serious
There's a tone in your voice that has me confused
Are you making fun of me or asking genuinely?
It's starting to get to me,
So could you please tell me?
