Trouble

Trouble

A Poem by Azsa Wild
"

Inspired by Dolly Parton

"
I freaked out, I ran away from your offer
Last minute yeah I did it and I feel bad
However
We all have something don't we
We all share a common trait
A fear a worry a sob story
If we don't then we are entitled and free
Free from thought and free from chains
I wish my life wasn't the same
An still, I think of where would I be
An I know i wouldn't have courage in front of me

I'm just not taking off without a map without a car
I'm just not taking off because I've been lost before
Up s**t creek without a paddle
Born a baby without a rattle
An raised a man with Smokey eyes to see

Here I am now I've done alot
I'm sure of all the things I got
But I don't need to take the risk
If I know there's trouble
An Oh yeah it's trouble

Trouble can be chased
Regrets won't be erased
Mama would tell me not to go
Daddy would push me and have a giggle
Both would say there's room to riggle
Still, I think of where I'd be
An I know i would have anxiety in front of me

I'm just not taking off without a map without a car
I'm just not taking off because I've been lost before
Up s**t creek without a paddle
Born a baby without a rattle
An raised a man with Smokey eyes to see

Here I am now I've done alot
I'm sure of all the things I got
But I don't need to take the risk
If I know there's trouble
An Oh yeah it's trouble

Not tonight trouble
Not today trouble
Not for a while trouble
No no no
No no no
No no trouble....
