Belief

Belief

A Poem by Azsa Wild

Love ain't magic
A potion that is taken
Fooling us all to believe
What we get is what we receive
And now I see

When my eyes are open and my heart is on its sleeve
It's not about giving or what we even achieve
It's as simple as thought as consideration
That overwhelming sentimental subconscious thing
Belief
Belief
Belief in myself
Belief in you and me
You and I
No mountain we can't climb
No river no road
No home we can't build
Both hands tied

Hate is a poison
Toxic as it melts away you're soul
Fooling us that we matter
When perfections illusion
And the dimension of ego dies with a stroke of love

Find the us that we believe in and the us that we trust
