Passing Pluto

Passing Pluto

A Poem by Azsa Wild

Cosmic rush burden free
Starshine space ships ecstasy
Rocket out and beyond the known
To witness otherworldly and phone home
We're just passing Pluto

I've watched Venus wink at Mars
I've seen Saturn shooting stars
Jupiter rained just the other day
Uranus sailed in the loneliest way
I've swam the Neptune falls
Teleport yeah I've seen it all
But when the abyss comes to me
I'll need to say goodbye to the planet that came to be
We're just passing Pluto, now

Human contact is a icky drainage
A vile altercation of the brains invasion
Still we need them and I love some
Cause there is no way to deny
We were born connected
Just listen to the night sky
