Open sea

Open sea

A Poem by Azsa Wild

"
Heres a memory I dont look forward too
Heartbreak and misery lies and treason
Why the mind plays tricks theres no reason
You just walk in the door
I should feel nothing
But it's just like before

How blue eyes make me dream
Of love that sank a ship but never reached the open sea
The crew did everything they could
But the captain knew it was no good
The waves don't mention a hurricane
Some things change
Some stay the same

I like to believe nobody let's go of overall love
That even years may go by with no communication
An all it takes is a similar laugh to cause sensation
A facial expression to fiddle my imagination

How blue eyes make you shine
Of love that was never refined only genuinely designed
The streetlights flicker as you walk bye
A brilliant actor, easy to make cry
The waves don't mention a hurricane
Some things change
Some stay the same
