we strive to lead , we strive to learn,
but truth is we are all leaders as a wise man once said ..........
strive to learn from experience and teach with patience,
as experience is the natural ever glowing latern
which unfortunately we hang behind us to
illuminate the path of those who follow or are behind us .....
