What do I need to do?

He knows exactly who he is...

  You're on my mind.

  You're always there.

  It's driving me mad.

  Should I ignore you

  and pretend I don't

  know your name?

  No, I can't do

  that. It's

  impossible.

  Should I run

  and hide,

  and keep my

  emotions hidden

  away?

  No, that wouldn't do.

  I would still miss you

  if I had no emotions. 

  Should I just

  avoid you

  the best I can do,

  without missing you?

  I guess thats my only choice.

I left countries to escape a woman. I join a war to escape a woman. I recommend neither. World is large. Need to keep a distance and get stronger. Time is the only healer of some pain. I like the desire to escape feelings and emotions. Ain't easy to do. A excellent poem.

rewrires are the lifeblood of good poetry and despite how much others praise your poety a rewrite can only make it better that at lest is my experence with any type of writing Frankly I enjoyed the poem but never let anyone tell you you don't need to rewrite that is entirely up to you.
