or will I still be stalked,

 by my haunting fate?

will there be friends who stay forever,

or will I alone face the great endeavor?

is it a place where I can feel safe,

or a place where my heart might possibly break?

when my face is wan and I have grown pale,

will the wind carry the whisper of my everlong tale?

Beautiful. The abstract concept of the human's mind and that special place we all wish to escape to, and the way you've carried it out with the words that rhyme so effortlessly- it's just amazing. The questions make you think and makes the reader realise, 'Wait, will I ever be safe? Is my mind a haven or a prison?'
Well done, beautifully written, flows smoothly and is interesting and thought-provoking. :)
