breaking innocence

breaking innocence

A Poem by chaotic katie

I'm not the same girl that i was before,

i watch these soiled white walls that surround me,

fall to the floor,

letting my spirit scream,

and run free,

as the walls enclose,

on who i used to be,

i open my eyes,

i can no longer clearly see,

it make my eyes sore,

to look at who i was before,

the peices fall,

like rain from the sky,

look at me,

and dry your eyes,

as darkness takes over,

i can not escape,

breaking innocence,

is my cruel fate.
