Marionette

Tell me how to wear my hair,

When nobody ever even cares,

Pick out all my clothes,

Make me paint my fingers and toes,

You hold the strings,

In this messed up circus ring,

Things have stopped making sense,

I’m left hung up in suspense,

Don’t have a voice,

Don’t have a choice,

Slowly tearing at the seams,

Until the day I cut these strings.

nice artistic clairvoyance. but if I may, I think (which is most likely wrong) that you wrote this after encountering some sort of resistance that your eccentric lifestyle would not permit to be added to your persona. for example a person you felt compelled to talk to that disagreed with your perspectives that pertain to your lifestyle. I just think the common person would see this as you writing out against something in average society is making you do when really its the upkeep in your choice of Goth, rebellion, Christianity, what ever you maintain. its these demanding characteristics that dominate your life, and the conflict is the inner turmoil of the desired.

wowm another well penned write....don't you thnk it's like RHYMIN' ....yeah..i can figure it out because i'm a rhymer too....good write...
what "A VENTIN' PIECE"...yeah...i do agree with it..this's a one...as i read a before ago, but this;s much better to read ..i liked + loved = enjoyed this much...:)

I think the theme alittle bit's similair with "my place"....isn't it ?

Things that happen to me. Its my way of releasing all of my emotion usually free verse stuff i put together to express my thoughts.
