Who am I?

Who am I?

A Poem by The Avid Bibliophile
"

I am one in a mask.

"

Who am I?

I am one in a crowd

I am nameless, faceless

I am nothing, no one

I have lost myself

Who am I?

I am a shadow

An echo of what once was

I am invisible

No one knows, nor cares

Who am I?

I have no likes, no dislikes

I have no hopes, no dreams

I have no friends, no enemies

I have nothing, yet I am here

Who am I?

I am one in a mask

That acts as my shield

If they knew who I really was

They would no longer like me
