Mysteries DivineA Poem by AveTNA poem contemplating the mysteries and unsolved questions of the world.A world of magnificence and of eternal mystery, Of questions without answers and of impossibilities: To believe in what is already evidently known; For God to abandon his own heavenly throne; To love one who rejects all forms of emotion; To salvage sincerity that is hopelessly frozen; To protect one from their very own self; To free Satan from the fiery depths of hell; To rebuild the shards of a badly broken home; Or to displace the ocean with just a single stone; For two people to ever possibly agree, When there lies such discrepancy in what they both see; Glancing at a coin that consists of two sides, Where one sees beauty, disgrace the other finds. Or what is weighed the greatest tragedy of all " For the wicked to be freed or the innocent to fall? But these mysteries of old will forever remain to be, If answers were found, the questions would then cease. It is said that the value is not in the end prize, It is in the journey which unfolds before our eyes. © 2014 AveTNAuthor's Note
