ALMOST A LOVE STORY

ALMOST A LOVE STORY

We met in one event
We talked all night long and forget
The people around us but never regret
Even we have a lot of things to present

That was the first time I saw him
I don't have any idea if he can swim
Or does he go to the gym
All I know is that we have a beam

He's not even my type
I know he's intelligent and wise
But I don't like him that much
Though my heart keeps beating so fast

He often visits me
I thought he needs some company
But he just wanted to see me
So my friends keep on teasing me

I think of a reason
Why he visited me that afternoon
I looked at the sky
And the moon smiled

It cannot be
I'm sure he doesn't like me
But I cannot hide
My smile that is so wide

He invited me to come over
We will just eat and talk together
I don't mind what is the weather
I'll be there in a white sweater

My friends told me its a date
But I disagree with their comments
We just there to gain weight
Had a lot of food in our plate

For the second time around
We see each other in town
To watch movie and sit down
Talk and eat all the time

We don't talked about our feelings
We just stared at the ceilings
Thinking of another meeting
Maybe some time, our hearts have the same beating

I know that we have something
I'm not sure if I'm blushing
But my hearts keeps on thumping
His heart keeps on drumming

Now he's happy
Sadly, even without me
Maybe we really cannot be
Its just really my fantasy
