Vain Dabbles

Vain Dabbles

A Poem by Laura E. Aranda
"

Odd pieces of thoughts captured into a 'poem'?

"

If pennies only take you inches

Families are made of glass

Wishes tossed in pockets

Neglected like plants smothering in forest

Life in America, so uncertain now

Raising children to be the next generation

Eyes half closed in the darkness

Truth is whose interpetation

This is far from complete....it might not even work....I just wanted to put it on here for now....

A ponderable for sure. I see potential. Keep at it, you could come up with a great poem.
