Who can she beA Poem by Laura E. ArandaI think it describes itself well enough....she will be your best friend here in the cafe.I am poignant, wistful, spirited and fiery Yet still.... I am alluring, inveigling, Yet still.... I see the paradox of exotic, ravishing others seductively and pleasing Yet still I long to be provocative. I pretend I can be radiant, confident, exquisite Yet still.... I am hidden, obscured, eclipsed I say, "Please don't watch. Please don't look." as I disrobe Yet still secretly.... I crave your awareness of my body I dream of becoming your breathless arousal, impassioned, captivating and boldly sensual I try to be less honey-eyed, sweet and less like me, less sensible, quiet and reserved Yet still....
