Who can she be

Who can she be

A Poem by Laura E. Aranda
"

I think it describes itself well enough....she will be your best friend here in the cafe.

"

I am poignant, wistful, spirited and fiery

Yet still....

I am alluring, inveigling,

Yet still....

I see the paradox of exotic, ravishing others seductively and pleasing

Yet still

I long to be provocative.

I pretend I can be radiant, confident, exquisite

Yet still....

I am hidden, obscured, eclipsed

I say, "Please don't watch. Please don't look." as I disrobe

Yet still secretly....

I crave your awareness of my body

I dream of becoming your breathless arousal, impassioned, captivating

and boldly sensual

I try to be less honey-eyed, sweet and less like me, less sensible, quiet and reserved

Yet still....

I am nothing more than a thesaurus in thought alone

Hmmm? Is it lady Godiva? nahhh couldn't be~lol~ I love the above lines

sounds like this is someone who is a secret(wanna be) exhibitionist perhaps

and yet lies deeper insecurities behind the mask of this persona~

THanks Laura` for entering this mysterious and well crafted piece
