To Be Still and Sweet in Her Peace

To Be Still and Sweet in Her Peace

A Poem by Austin Hennings

Her heart and solace blinds the world's end
The wick in the candle exposes her message
Tug on the rope when you need to be pulled up
I can't bare the thought of the whitest snow
That flashes right before my eyes
The grass has never looked so green
To be still and sweet in her peace
