Tart as the lemonade under my tongue
Never knew I could feel this way Got me out of things to say Thought I was the only one Now you're beaming down onto me Now you're shining just like the sun Gonna grow into something more Hold you up on a pedestal I think we could be seminal I'm eager to see just what's in store Now you're expanding, anyone could see Now you're a supernova, I implore Scaring me, choking me, on my weakness you will feed All my insecurities, so easy for you to see I will be getting gone, out of sight, out of mind Kinda think I'm going blind, in the darkness I could find Now you're exploding, why won't you let me be? Now you're a black hole, your stars have aligned I don't think I can survive this © 2022 Richard William Mueller IIIAuthor's Note
