Underneath the Shell

Underneath the Shell

A Poem by Lily E. Lin

A picture of myself on top of Stephens Hall

On a windblown day,
the shifting veil of darkness
black strands fly across the sky
revealing the sleeping beast
underneath the shell.

sweet sound to it too. I dig;)

Very interesting. Reminds me of my "Swan Song"........the creature that lies beneath the surface.....
