As a tear dropped down his face

A tear remained on hers

And that’ll be the tear not even

Time can cure; as he told her it

Was over and friends would be the

Best she finally realized that he

Was like the rest; that even if she loved

Him and gave her world to him, he would

Only use her then want to be her friend,

He said “oh please forgive me I didn’t mean

To hurt you” and with those words she cried

It was something she wasn’t used to,

He turned around and left, tears welling in his eyes

He knew he’ll always love her it wasn’t just a lie,

He had to let her go before it got to deep

Because being in her arms was a feeling he couldn’t keep

She yelled and cried and cried and yelled she had a feeling

She wasn’t well, soon after she found out that he had

Never lied, that leaving her was just to hide the fact that

He was dying. He never told her to keep the tears away

But knowing this now the tears were their to stay, He hid that

Away from her and she had a secret to, She needed him more

Than ever, what was she to do, Her love had just died and a baby

On the way, how can she be happy when misery was there to stay?

He would never know and she could never tell, A story of a girl with

Her boyfriends death to dwell …
