Masterpiece

A Poem by Audri Carlevaro

He’s got a weird face,

And bad music taste.

A loud laugh, and wrinkled cheeks.

Funny hair and a strange personality.

Hes a bit of a dick,

And he’s weirdly proud of it.

He’s judgey and crude,

And he has a bit of an attitude.

Sometimes, he can be cruel, too.

So why do I feel the way I do?

Because despite all the bad,

And how easily he can get me sad -

He’s got amazing eyes,

And the musics okay, if I lie.

A boisterous joy, and beautiful laugh lines.

Soft hair; personality with no guidelines.

He can be a good friend,

Who I know will stay until the very end.

He’s smart and caring,

And can even be a little daring.

He’s a disastrously wonderful piece of art.

The one person that truly touches my heart.
