Ode to the Rebel

Ode to the Rebel

A Poem by audacicity

Oh, Camus, prophet of the rebel's quest,
In words profound, your wisdom manifest.
The rebel rises, in defiance bold,
Against the chains of stories old.

A Sisyphean struggle, ceaseless and grand,
A revolt against fate, on shifting sand.
In absurdity's embrace, we find our voice,
A chorus of rebels, making our choice.

The absurd hero, in revolt's attire,
Facing the void, fueling the fire.
Against the absurd, a noble stand,
A rebellion shaped by reason's hand.

In the face of absurdity's cold stare,
The rebel stands, aware and rare.
A dance with meaning, a defiance clear,
The rebel's anthem, a song to revere.

Through despair's tunnel, the rebel strides,
A journey marked by conflicting tides.
Yet, in revolt, a purpose untold,
A narrative written in courage bold.

Camus, your rebel echoes through time,
A symphony in prose, a rhythm sublime.
In the heart of chaos, the rebel's plea,
To shape our destiny, wild and free.
