Ambiguity of Actions

Ambiguity of Actions

A Poem by Auby Faith Evans
"

..should I or shouldn't I..

"
Shall I have this dance,
Or wait till the clock strikes 12?
Abrupt distance,
I stopped myself.
Watch the night sky, as it is,
Gently filled by scattered stars,
Alas,
Ain't the moonlight bright enough?
Words are infinite,
I never believe this reticence will last long.

Confined,
Some things are better be silenced,
But vagueness has never been able to define,
Those, which your eyes hold.

I like how you write about words being infinite after writing about moonlight...the metaphors are beautiful.

This poem contains some deep self reflection. I like the
way its philosophical in nature, but also a journey to discover
truth at the same time. Nice work!
