Tile Sores

Tile Sores

A Poem by wilting.auburn.roses

I claw out my heart and wring it dry of

The liquid anguish that spills into the basin

I flush it with the sac that held it

My hip smacks onto the tile

And I cling to this porcelain life

While my body continues to expel

Ever last bit of humanity

With red tearing

Through my moans

Choking on my wasteful essence

Reach down my throat

And grab ahold of my stomach

Wring it out

Rid it of the dull delusion

That brought me to my knees
