Anxiety

Anxiety

A Poem by Amanda Trerotola

There's an itch
An itch that crawls within my veins
Veins electrified by fear
Fearing for something that may not even happen.

Hi Amanda I think many people can relate to your words. There is so much fear and anxiety in the all of us. John Sherman calls it the fear of life. The reason why the world is in such a mess. If one is not happy with who they are, he inner war reaches out to many others. I enjoy your short poems my friend, You make each word count...Peter

Thank you so much!
A great example of Anxiety. Said and explained. And like you said. Fearing for something that may not even happen. Exactly.
