Bartenders Responsibility

Noted observation on a bartenders deep understanding of humanity.

Observational humanity and the interactions. 

 

A local dive bar as a bartender with a third-party understanding. 

 

The bar is small of 8 tables, 10 bar stools on a rail and building with over seventy years of history and further dating to late 1800's. Dive bar customers and the crowd is not just as simple as the tip or agenda for revenue. They become your friends; friendship is a loose relationship as you only know the crowd when they are at the best examples of ego driven projected selves. Humans work, lonely, responsible and weighted from heavy weights of daily, weekly life. As a pine worker, the time and frequent occasions, weekly, every other day and knowing the entire interactions are at a certain state of one’s human ego or self-projection. Keepers of social are their personal therapist, one time friend, relationships built on one side projected ego states of human selves. Delicately we balance, navigate, and become their one true real constant true relationship in their life. This responsibility is powerful, true, and the attention of this responsibility is of not spoken. The right person who you can teach this responsibility and understand is lost and creating grave, dark consequences. We dictate, control, manipulate every customer emotion, level of hostility, personal anger, directions of how they will proceed the night of true thoughts while consumption intoxicates themselves into feeling. Humans require reflection and digression to work out one’s life. We are the front lines of the creation of determined anger, hate, planning and or actions. The second to fourth beer or drink, the human opens up and observes the bartender’s emotions, attitude and is open to our influence of energy. They subconsciously unknowingly channel our conversations, emotions and energy. This is the responsibility that is incredibly powerful.

 

When you have staff, hurting or in a negative energy or generally toxic humans. The bar and customers will submit to negative emotions and directly affect life onward to this energy and actions to follow. Complicated and in depth, bartender who energetic, outgoing and puts the mask on of positive thoughts, controls the conversation, diverts and the bartender is an essential care taker for 50 or whatever humans you have in your establishment. Successful bar is having staff with this understanding. A rare trait to find a puppet master bartender.

 

* Expand further and in depth with perhaps broken-down points? Not sure. You can never teach this human understanding. The understanding is simply intelligence. Intelligence is not about education and more about the inner human understanding of pain, experience and genuine decency with love and beauty.
