Human Game

Human Game

A Poem by Athena Marie
"

Everything, everyone.

"
The moon belongs to everyone
And no one just the same
And life it will go on
Whether we leave or stay

But you're the only constant
Who can't be chased away
Both hated and wanted
Depending on the day

The stars belong to you and me
And no one else can say
Whether we believe or see
And never contemplate

Why we play this human game

I agree with your words and thoughts. I'm 1/2 Ojibwa. We believe. Can't own the land, sky or sea. They are for the all of us. Thank you for sharing the excellent poetry.
