My Suicide

My Suicide

A Poem by Alexandra

“He’s not the same anymore”

“Well you aren’t either”

It took six months and change for you to tell me to f**k off of your life forever
If only things were that easy
If only I could tie a noose around my neck and just end it all for your sake, I would

This life is exhausting
I think about driving my car into the water
Sink
Sink
Sink
Or throwing it off a mountain
How far is the fall?

So when I ask you how deep is the water?
I’m only asking to see how far my limp body will descend
To the bottom

And yeah, it was my choice to end up here
But, I’ve always loved your look before I throw myself to the deep end
