I’m Not Wanted

I’m Not Wanted

A Poem by Alexandra

I’ve come to terms
I’ll never marry
I’ve tried
But, it ends up in doubt

I’ve come to terms
I may never be enough for someone
I’ve tried
But, it ends up in heartbreak

So, you’re right
Every photo is a damaged woman
Every photo is an insight to a struggle
Interpersonal
Intrapersonal

Could I ever weave myself into someone?
And for once
Could I ever be asked:

Would you marry me?

Tragically wanting, painfully needing.

Personal read

With love,
