Where I lay my head

Where I lay my head

A Poem by Tumadre

Peace is found when my head is laid to rest
In the warmth and the comfort of your chest,
Laying in silence our breaths sync at best,
Like waves ebbing our troubles away,
Our silent moments don't recognize night from day
When we take some time to break from our play.

"Our silent moments don't recognize night from day"...so true. We make moments happen without regard for time or anyone else. Beautiful.
