weight on the nape

weight on the nape

A Poem by seath

In encompassing silence I hear it.

I hear it, continually from your eyes

So much more from the gleaming

Of a most modest tone of choice

We’re done with the coaster

We know who we are " really.

We’re clouds trying to glide

Whenever we knew no side.

Hide! Thy flame of ardour

A consequence you resolved

For thyself to order "however

The embers in you still glowed.

Flushes of vivid reminiscence

Remains & refrains us from feeling

A fountain of drooping sadness---

Leasing not a time to strangeness.

I remember, how near we share

Our air, our acts, nothing to guise

We share the colours with the petals

In that iridescent garden of ideals

I remember how, you used to feel me

With those li’l cup and brim- so slim

Was the hourglass in you " so I deemed

To be desirous--- forgetful with the truth.

I remember how our strolls have been

Childlike as it seem- we twine our palms

Or when darkness comes- I carry you in

This arm of mine- underneath the stars.

Only correction I see to be made is "these* arms of mine", instead of "this"; unless of course you mean "arm". However, this is quite good, keep it up.
