Somewhere ... Over The Rainbow Close your eyes and dream with me Of a moonlit night ahead to see Within the fantasy of our dream A  simpler time and place is seen We stand just on the outskirts   Of a little town A short distance to where dreams Are love and love abounds Upon our arrival There are no fears or cares to face All worries of the day erased No need for locks on any doors A  welcoming glow from village stores We see the smiles of hearts set free Open to love and harmony Within the square a Carousel Oh yes I can remember well Adorned in the spender of its day It welcomes all who come to play Handsome steeds upon brass poles Transport us back to days of old Children scrambling For their favorite horse Cotton Candy ... Why of course Gentlemen court their ladies fair Dressed in flowing gowns With upswept hair He gently takes her by gloved hand To dance the waltz played by the band A  shinny pair of brand new skates Clipped to children's  shoes Tightened with key in haste Laughter playing on the air Troubles ... Who has time to care We feel That we are truly blessed To have joined this dream With Dream Walker's best The day is calling us from afar As we wish upon a wishing star We wish we may ... We wish we might Take with us the magic Of this night Our wish... There are so many times that i wish the world was like this again. It seemed so peaceful and so great. More or less I would like to have that security that seemed to come from the small towns, port cities and border towns.
