Throughout all of her life long years
She would write verse after verse
From her heart
She brought forth memories
Giving stagnant pictures
A brand new birth
She'd write of love and honor
Of country and her fellow men
In prayerful writes she spoke of God
As the ink flowed from her pen
She dreamed
As each verse of her heart
Upon a parchment page was laid
That she would become the Poetess

And reads merely ......

This is such a beautiful piece Lesa,
penned with that touch of elegance and heart!
A piece that procurs your wonderful ability
and the wonderful collabrated writer!
Wow...so very moving. I often wonder how many masterpieces lie in forgotten binders that somehow never made it to publishing...it is sad in a way. Thank heavens for a time when such things can be found and put out on sites like these, to finally inspire.
I am so glad
That you have dropped in
To meet a new face
And experience a new heart
Come along with me as
Aspiring Angel speaks to
Me in whispers that brings
Her thoughts to live.. more..
