the mirror's lie

the mirror's lie

A Story by asmajd

Adam caught daddy slog his feet in the hallway. He went out and saw him in a conversation;
"Hello sir! Adam, you have a guest i suppose, who is he?"
"Errrr..... he is the best novelist of our times."
"Really? Astounding! I always craved to do that, i shall do it one day."
Hands held, Adam led him gently in the direction of the dining room.
Aggrieved over the situation, when an Alzheimer's suffering father looks into the mirror, fails to identify himself and aspires for the ambition of his life again, once splendidly accomplished.
