If I Could Speak With Jesus

If I could have a conversation with Jesus I would tell Him how important He is to me,
I would be so respectful to Him and treat Him like royalty.
I would fall to my knees praising His name,
He would probably take me in His arms and hold me until there was no more pain.
If I was sitting face to face with Him I would ask him how my loved ones were in Heaven,
I know He would answer they're doing great and they can't wait until you come join them.
I would study His face and my eyes would get filled with love,
I would be blessed to speak with Him and I couldn't tell Him how much I appreciated Him enough.
If I was with Jesus I would ask Him so many questions,
I know He would tell me one day when your time comes you'll know the answers and reasons.
I would tell Him thank you for dying for my sins,
He may reply, "I did it for you because I love you and I would do it all over again".
If I could speak to Him I would ask him why is life so hard to understand,
He would probably say life is hard on Earth but life isn't when you're in Heaven.
He would tell me to keep my eyes set on God and to never look away,
He knows things will get better when you get to be with Him forever one day.
Jesus would probably tell me that life on Earth isn't forever and each day is a test,
But when you get to Heaven, life is everlasting and every day is promised.
As I would tell Jesus goodbye after our conversation is over and I give Him a hug,
He would reply, "This is not a goodbye my dear child , for this is the beginning for eternity for us.
