An Affair With Narcissism

An Affair With Narcissism

A Poem by Ashley
"

My take on the underlying narcissism that is inherent to all too many relationships.

"
Pardon me
I've forgotten your name, love
Who are you
But a body to show off
And a pair of lips
That kiss quite well
And you look damn good
On my trophy shelf

I enjoyed this piece. Sums up our life.

Very nice. I agree that there is a level of narcissism present in most pairings. This basically sums it up.

Glad you enjoyed :)
Nice poem. Love the line "a pair of lips that kiss quite well." Solid ending as well. Nice work!
