Lover Boy

Lover Boy

A Poem by A.Kalashy

You have arrived too late

they don’t get it lover boy

But you know it’s a cruel world

And you gotta make it on your own

They don’t seems to understand

that it’s the best you can do

You tried to make friends

but you knew better than them

Its’s a cruel concrete world

and they don’t get you lover boy

So you built you own corner

 with a shell on top

You put fences around it

and said no tresspasser allowed

One day out of lonliness

you became delusioned

Worn a crest like a king

And started writing poems

Times passed and no one came

It was only you without fame

And one day you remembered

They don’t get you lover boy
